Pink Elephant Mala
Made from pink glass beads (that look like pearls), silver highlights and a Tibetan Carved Elephant focal bead.
Mala necklaces are strands of 109 beads—typically stones, crystals, wood, or rudraksha beads that are traditionally used during meditation, where a mantra is quietly repeated 108 times. First created in India 3,000 years ago, Malas have been used by yogis, spiritual seekers and meditators to help keep their minds focused during meditation. The term ‘mala’ is a Sanskrit word for “meditation garland.”
Every Mala I create is made with love and blessings and each one is different. Some have tassels. The tassel’s significance has multiple meanings. I like the thought of many coming together as one to form the tassel, representing oneness. Some Malas only have a Guru Bead and others have both a Guru Bead and a tassel. The Guru Bead is the 109th bead on the Mala.
This Mala is hand knotted and made with love and is a necklace that you will cherish and pass on from generation to generation.
All Mala's come with their own display box to keep them looking their best!
